I was with verizon. I changed to sprint and was added on to my husband's account with new Galaxsy s7 edge. I locked myself out and no longer have my old phone to determine which account was synched from my old phone to my new phone. My new phone will not let me get into it. I need to talk to google or someone to help me reset this
