Customer Question

My PC can no longer see files on my Samsung Note 4. I have a Windows 7 PC. I have tried a different USB -- it sees the phone in Explorer but does not see any files. I am trying to copy a video from phone to PC and have been able to do that all along, until this time.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: about 15 months I think
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just restarted PC and phone a couple of times, changed USB cords, tried different USB ports on the PC
JA: The Android expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: just that this is a new problem. I have always been able to copy files from my PC to phone and back

This sounds like the computer is only seeing the sd card and not the internal memory.

Swipe down from the top of the phone screen while the phone is connected to your computer and let me know if there is a notification of USB charging there.
