Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the error or message?

Is this a new kindle? Or a new internet modem / router device?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Not new Kindle. Message: "Wi-Fi error" Unable to connect. Find help at amazon.com/devicesupport. I disconnect my modem then reconnected, and I got the fan for 10 seconds, then it disappeared. You fix me, then I will pay you.

What's the model of your kindle? Does it have touchscreen or not?

Can you press and hold (or slide and hold) the power on / off button / switch on your kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on, then can it connect now?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
