I got my Samsung Galaxy S5 screen replaced two weeks ago. I was checking emails to day and the screen went black. I can no longer do anything on my phone, please help

i have tried taking the battery out and rebooting. It worked for about an hour, then went black again

If you take out the battery again for a minute, then reinstall, then turn it back on, does it work again?

the blue light comes on up the top left hand corner, the two light up on the bottom, it vibrates but nothing else

Power it off by removing the battery.

Then put it back in and hold Volume UP and Power.

Does the screen then come on?
