Customer Question

I took 75 pictures with my new Galaxy Core Prime phone while on vacation. They were in my Gallery. When I got home and wanted to look at them, they were gone. No one knows why or where they went. I did not delete them. Can you help me?

Sorry to hear that.Try and download a app from the app store and maybe you can retrieve some of them you lost or even all. There are apps called photo retriever. I would try one of those.
