While upgrading my Motorola G3 phone, I interrupted it. Now getting messages as follows:
Error: failed to pass validation, backup to fastboot.
Fastboot Reason: fall-through from normal boot mode
I failed to connect to repair assistant on my computer

I believe you are going to have to do a reset of the device. To do that, follow these steps: Press Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power button to select. Torestart the phone, select "reboot system now". It will erase the phone, but should make it usable again. When you enter your setup information, it will sync any data, like contacts, email, apps, etc - it will just take some time.Mike
