I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I have a fingerprint access, but I forgot my backup password. It will not allow me to get into it without a password. I am "dead in the water'"

Hi, Unfortunately, as you found out with Sprint, the only option available is to perform a factory reset which will wipe the phone.
