Customer Question

I have numerous bug reports on my phone. They are all in Computer language. I pulled up information and put it on my home screen, then it disappeared.
Some of the files I could pull up, now indicate "can't open file".
Is it possible my phone has been hacked?
The reports are VERY lengthy.

Hi Sally,

The only way your phone could be hacked is if someone had direct access to it, either when you left it unattended or if you clicked on a suspicious link in an email to inadvertently give them access.

It may just be that the phone has a software glitch and is causing these errors.

In any case, to correct the faults and eliminate any spyware, you can reset the phone to its default factory settings for peace of mind and improved reliability. Be sure to back up your data, contacts, etc. first.

If you need instructions on how to reset the phone, please let me know the full model number.

Have a great weekend!
