I cannot get my kindle...
I cannot get my kindle to open to my Wi-Fi network. I cannot remember my password. It keeps telling me that there is an "Authentication problem". I have tried every password ***** I might have used. It will not let me re-set it or have it sent to my 'E' mail address. So what do I do to get it re-set?

Thank you. Take a look at the back/bottom of the Arris router and look for the Pre-Shared Key.

The Pre-Shared Key is the Wi-Fi password.
