It is possible that the firmware of your HTC phone is corrupted. We may need to do a factory reset which will erase everything from it and return it to new.
Before that, lets try to do a soft reset. Press and hold down the Power button and Volume Up button until the device is off. When it is off, release the buttons and let it boot. Turn it on if it is not turning on automatically.
