Are you connecting to the same wireless network with your tablet and the computer that you are using for this chat session? Do you have a strong signal (at least 3 bars)?

Can you go to Quick Settings > Wifi and select your network name? It should open a parameter screen.

Please select your connection to display the connection parameters and list the following connection parameters:

Status:

Signal Strength:

Link Speed:

Security:

IP Address:

At the bottom of the screen you should see the words FORGET and CANCEL. Select FORGET, so that you can recreate a new connection.

Then select your network name again and enter your password. Please let me know if the connection improves.

Security is wpa/wpa2 psk. It may not show the IP address. I am checking for a solution to the problem.
