My Kindle Fire will not let me connect to the Internet.

My Kindle Fire will not let me connect to the Internet. Message says "Webpage not available" this just started week ago. When trying to enter password ***** tells me it's incorrect. Other message says wi-if connected but not connected. I've tried
re-boot but didn't work. What can I do? Is there a phone number I can call?
