I have recently purchased 3 books from my Samsung Play Store

I have recently purchased 3 books from my Samsung Play Store on a tablet and cannot open them. One was some weeks ago with 3 others on the same day. I presume payment went through OK. The other 2 I purchased yesterday. The front page of the books appear on the tablet with the usual processing symbol showing but the process keeps on endlessly.
I had a look at the Play Store yesterday and the first of the books shows that I have already purchased it.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold the power on/off button on the Samsung tablet, then select the Restart option and confirm Yes, then check.

- If that does not work, please open Settings app icon, then open Applications -> Application manager

, then go to the option All (if needed, swipe from right to left until you see the option All)

, then scroll down, then tap on the item Google Play Books, then tap on option CLEAR DATA and confirm

, then open Google Play Books app normally, and see if you can read books or not

; if needed, also CLEAR DATA for the item Google Play Store and CLEAR CACHE for the item Google Play Services, and check.

If needed, please try the following:

- Can you please sign in your google account at the website below, and see if your purchased books are showing there or not:

- And please go to the website below on your Samsung tablet (and/or on a Windows or Mac computer):
