Can you tell me which program you are using to sign forms, and exactly what goes wrong?

all non update samsung tablets function fine

No, but then this is a custom app, so any complaints would go to the developer. If you represent the developer have them test the code and see on which line it is faulting.

It may be a security issue but hard to say as its a custom app.
