ALL CAPS, as if WITH THE CAPS-LOCK LIGHT 'ON', ON THE KEYBOARD. This is because the information you enter must match what the bank has stored in its computers. And often, for backward compatibility with the very earliest credit systems, your information is stored in ALL CAPS.
