Hello there, I have a samsung galaxy young GT-s6310t mobile. I had the original navigation system but lost it after doing some requested system updates. How do I get it back. thanks David De S.11/1/16

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean if you go to Apps (where it shows a list of all your apps), you do not see the app called Maps there?

Solution #1:

- Please open Apps (where it shows a list of all your apps); (if needed, swipe from left to right to see more app icons.)

, then open the Settings app icon, then go to Applications -> Application Manager

, then swipe from right to left until you get the option All

, then scroll down, then tap on the item Maps

, then make sure it is not disabled (nor turned off) there; if it's disabled, then enable (turn on) it.)

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please open the Play Store app, then type / search for maps then download and install the Maps app there (that's the original Google Maps app.)
