I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

Follow these steps on the Tablet. From a home screen, select Apps (located in the upper right).

  1. From the All tab, select Settings.
  2. Select Wireless & networks.
  3. Select Wi-Fi settings.
  4. Select each Wi-Fi network listed one at a time.
  5. Select Forget.
  6. Do this for each network.
  7. Then power off the tablet and power back on and try the wifi again.
