just did a reset to factory settings on my samsung galaxy S3.I cant go pass next button on screen to complete.I keep getting"unfortunately google account manager has stopped"message popping can i fix this?

i have the next page button on my screen.unfortunately google account manager has stopped message keeps popping up and wont let me go the next page to continue reset to factory settings.

I want you to reset your phone using Android recovery menu and then setup the phone without entering Google account info. Follow the steps below to factory reset it.

Turn off the phone (remove the battery and put it back)

Press and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

Android system recovery will be loaded now

Select wipe data/factory reset. (Volume buttons to go up or down, select with Power button)

Select Yes — delete all user data.

Then select reboot system now

That should factory reset the phone . Then setup it without entering the Google account info. You can enter it later. Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.
