My excite 10 is not working properly. I keep getting the following alerts: "Unfortunately the has stopped" and
" Googleplay services has stopped" Also it takes about 20 minutes from the time I turn on the tablet to when I can actually use it, but the above alerts keep interrupting my activities.

Hi there and welcome

Can you please go to Settings, Applications Manager.

Then swipe to the list All

Locate Google Services Framework

Press it and press Clear Data.

Then restart the Excite and tell me if it now functions correctly
