Customer Question

I have a Motorola Galaxy S3. I have been able to take pictures until yesterday. Today when I tried to take pictures, it would click and seem to work. HOWEVER, none of the pictures I took today are recorded on my phone. None appear.

Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

Do you have enough space available on your phone ? Go to Settings > storage and let me know the available space you see there.

Now lets reset the phone. Turn off your phone and remove the battery. Wait 2 minutes. Then put it back and turn it on. This will soft reset.

Check if you are able take pictures now.

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.
