Expert:  Thomas replied 1 year ago.

okay, did you sign in to the phone with an email address when you set it up initially?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I dont even remember
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
what can I do
Expert:  Thomas replied 1 year ago.

okay, unfortunately there is no way to unlock it without having a google or samsung account. Not even the Samsung factory technicians can unlock it at this point. The only option to ever use the phone again will be to factory restore the phone. I am very sorry for this.
