Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

That virus is usually installed as an trusted application and it is hard to remove. Is your tablet now in safe mode ?

Expert:  Ashik replied 1 year ago.

You said you got the tablet to boot into safe mode. If it is working in Safe Mode, then lets try to remove it. Go to Settings > Application Manager or Apps or App Manager. You will see several tabs there like Downloaded, Installed etc. Select Downloaded and do you see any unusual apps there ? Like flash player, BaDoink, AnnallLockscreen etc. If so remove them. Remove all of them. Also check All tab.

Remove them if you find any weird apps. Then go to Play Store and download Avast ransomware removal tool. Install and run it. Does it find anything ?

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting
