I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your tablet?

What's the model of your Belkin modem/router device?

Was there any change recently that may have caused this issue?

When you go to Settings -> Wi-Fi option on the tablet in order to connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name, does it ask for a password? If yes, do you know how to check / confirm your wi-fi/wireless password/key/passphrase?

Do you have also a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
