I cannot locate Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy S5

Customer Question

I cannot locate Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. The icon disappeared and became a droid - com.adroid.vending. I check all under app manager in setting and Google play store or just play store is no longer there. Do I need to do a factory reset. I am not able to update apps or download apps because of the error " has stopped working." Thank you!

I would recommend a factory reset which should clear the issue up for you.
