I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold the Power on/off button on the kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.
- If that does not work, disconnect the power cord(s) from the internet/wireless modem/router device for a few minutes, then reconnect
, then on the kindle, go to Wi-Fi / wireless option, and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi/wireless network name and check.
- If that still does not work, from the Home screen, go to Apps, then Device, then Apps, then tap & hold on the Solitaire app, then tap on the option to remove or uninstall, and confirm
, (or swipe down from the top, then go to settings / more, then Applications, then All applications, then uninstall Solitaire there)
, then download / reinstall Solitaire from Store.
