I'm sorry about the issue. Is there a model at the back/bottom of the tablet?
Was this tablet working with this modem/router device previously? Or is this a new tablet or new modem/router, etc.?
- Please try this: Disconnect the power cord(s) from the internet/wireless modem/router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect
, then press and hold the Power On/Off button on the tablet for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on, then see if it can connect to Wi-Fi
- If it does not work, then go to Wi-Fi setting on the tablet, then select your Wi-Fi/wireless network name, then select the option Forget..., and confirm if prompted, then tap on your network name again, and see if you can connect.
