I 't know my password to my eee pad transformer. I tried

I don't know my password ***** my eee pad transformer. I tried cold boot, factory reset, nothing help. Do you have solution?

Hi there,

Resetting the TF101 should remove your password ***** all other content from it.

To do a factory reset,

  1. Make sure your TF101 is powered off.
  2. Remove the AC Power adapter (if connected).
  3. Flip the unit over and remove the battery.
  4. Locate the Reset Hole on the bottom of the TF101 and press down into the reset hole for approximately 10 seconds (A small paperclip or other fine pointed device should fit in the reset hole). After the 10 seconds are up, reconnect the battery and AC Power Adapter (if necessary) and turn on your TF101 again.

The instructions you provided is not new. As I stated in the initial request that I did a "Cold Boot", "Factory Reset" by inserting a pointed object in the reset hole, and disconnecting the battery internally. None of the above worked. Still looking for a viable solution

A factory reset is the only viable solution.

If it did not work then the TF101 will need to be sent to an Asus service center to have the software reflashed.
