I just purchased a new kindle because I couldn't get my old one to charge. After taking it to a repair store it started charging and seems to be working fine but I have not been able to sign onto my new kindle as it keeps saying I have an incorrect kindle address or password. It won't accept my kindle e-mail address or password. Please give me some help.

Can you reset your password ***** use this new password ***** to sign into your Kindle
To reset the password, you do this via your computer on my link below.
Then use this new password ***** the Kindle and it should then be accepted.
