Fell asleep whilst reading and my Kindle dropped to the floor. I cannot get it to turn off or respond to any commands. Help...I am stranded in Canada until September! May I order a replacement and have it shipped here. I presume that I must return my broken one post haste. Where should I send it? Do I sound bereft...I am.
