I have a new Huawei Ascend Mate II phone. I can't set up my email account. I get the following message:
POP3/SMTP service is disabled. Enable and try again. Contact email service provider.
I have worked with Consumer Cellular to ensure the settings are correct. I have WiFi access and can browse the internet. I can't find a phone number or chat for a LIVE GOOGLE representative to help me. Thanks.

I cancelled my account and requested a full refund of the $5.00 deposit. I do not expect to be billed for any additional monies. I was able to resolve the problem myself with some additional research. Please confirm that I will NOT be billed. Thanks.
