Customer Question

Hi. I have music files in "my music" on a properly formatted 32GB micro sd card in my Samsung Brightside. I get the message "No Memory Available. Remove Files" Any ideas? I have already tried to clear the phone memory, i think. is there a limit on how much music it can handle?

Hello I would like to help you.
the message you are getting means that the phones internal memory is full. you may have too many apps or stored data.
Try doing this. Go to message settings and then turn auto erase inbox on.
I hope this helps
