Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
From which end is the Bluetooth facility in the car not findable?
I presume, from the Galaxy III.
Try going into the Settings on your Galaxy, and making sure that
A. in Network Settings, the 3G/4G connection is turned Off
B. and the WiFi is also turned Off
C. and that the Bluetooth is turned On.
Then try scanning for, pairing with, and connecting to (in that order) your car's Bluetooth facility again.
Let me know how that goes, in some slight detail (e.g. if it fails, tell me at what point in that process it fails, and how it fails.)
