I cannot access my Samsung a/c, I have forgotten my user name and password, I have changed the password ***** still can't get in, is there any chance of cancelling my a/c and starting again ?

Go to www.samsung.com/us/support/account and click “Log In Here” under “Already have a Samsung Account?” Find “Forgot your password?” and as you click on it, a pop-up window where you can enter your email address appears. Enter your e-mail address and reenter your e-mail address for confirmation. Once you select the submit button in the same window, you will receive an email with a temporary password ***** your email address.
If that doesn't work, then you can create a new Samsung account using a different email address.
