I have change provider on my open note 3 Samsung smart phone

I have change provider on my open note 3 Samsung smart phone from T-mobile to A T & T and before this change of provider everything worked just fine. Now the phone does not have access to the Data from AT&T The AT&T sim card works fine on other Samsung Phones but not on mine. What can be the problem ?.

- Go to Settings (-> Connections) -> More networks (or Wireless & Networks) -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names
