I am trying to reset my Wi-Fi password.

ok, thats different to the Kindle Password...

Do you have a Windows computer connected to the wifi?

If so, what version of windows?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes. It's Microsoft Office 7 (I think)

ok, I think you mean Windows 7

But if you have forgotten the password, then it is easier to find it again, then reset it, and we can via the windows computer.

On the windows computer that is connected to wireless.

Click Start and type in

wireless networks

press enter

Right click on your wireless network and select Properties

Click on Security

Click in the Box Show Characters and you will see your wireless password XXXXX

Make sure please you are entering it exactly as it is displayed

eg: PASSword XXXXX XXXXX to passWORD
