Ok, if it's locked and you don't remember the email info for it, you'll have to perform what's called a Hard Button Reset. This will reset the phone to it's factory state and remove the password. Here's how:


  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
    1. To power off, press and hold the Power button.
      Power button
    2. Select Power off.
      Phone Options with Power off
    3. Select OK.
      Power off confirmation with OK
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release.

  3. With the LED illuminated red, press and hold the Power button+Volume down key+Camera key simultaneously then release.
    Note The LED illuminates approximately 20-30 seconds after releasing the power button (step 2). The 3-key combination must be pressed within the 1-2 second time frame that the LED is illuminated.

  4. Press the Power button to confirm and continue.
  5. Press the Power button to confirm and continue.
    Note Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.

If you are locked out of your Verizon G'zOne then you will need to do a hard reset using the alternative method which you can see for yourself here: That is the only way back into the phone again without the password.
