Expert:  Freddy M. replied 5 years ago.
Ok do you remember which text came in that this first started on?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no i dont sorry
Expert:  Freddy M. replied 5 years ago.
Ok how about the person it came from originally? Also can you double check and make sure it is not an email, sometimes the two notifications get mixed up.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
dont know where the text came from. its mot an email
Expert:  Freddy M. replied 5 years ago.
Ok usually this happens if a thread is corrupted, deleting that thread will normally fix it. However if your not sure which contact it came from the only way to test this is to delete all threads one by one until the notification is gone.

it happens if i text myself. ur no help. i want refund.
Expert:  Freddy M. replied 5 years ago.
It would only happen that way if you did not read the text you sent yourself.
