Press Menu >> Settings.
Settings >> Wireless & Networks
Wireless & Networks >> Mobile Networks
Mobile Networks >> Access Point Names
At this point you need to press your handset’s “Menu” key and then select “New APN”.
Enter in the following settings seen below. Anything not listed should be left blank.
Proxy: leave blank
Port: leave blank
Password:CINGULAR1 (yes this is in CAPS)
Server: leave blank
MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
MMS Port: 80
MNC:410 (note: this could also be 310, 41 or 15)
APN Type: leave blank
Set this and make sure to Save it, then try sending the MMS please

Internet Mode: http with proxy
Proxy Id: same as the other post:066.209.011.032
Port Proxy: 8080
Connection use the name from the internet APN (profile name)

as we do have the correct connection settings
