Ok, You have the Droid Charge.

Please do this:

  1. Open the Settings App
  2. Choose Wireless & Networks
  3. Make sure Airplane Mode (flight mode) is not enabled
  4. Make sure "Mobile Data" is enabled
  5. Click on the Mobile Settings and make sure your network is set to "automatic"

Let me know if that does not resolve it, and if it does not... are you able to make calls, send texts, or simply just not able to have a data connection.

If you have any further questions or this solution does not resolve the issue, please feel free to let me know.
