What type damage happened to the screen?
What model us your nook?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

It is a simple nook.

The damage was a drop of a remote control onto the screen from my nightstand.

The screen has a "divet" screen is not cracked but has many vertical an horizontal lines on it. I can't see anything but one quarter of the screen in the top right corner. I can't access the menu items on the bottom of the screen at all, unable to use it at all.

I was thinking if the damages was not too bad repair might be an option, however I recommend replacement.Repair will not be an option due to cost. When you replace and get new Nook you can register your New Nook and all of your books and music can be loaded again. If you need assistance getting areplacement or with registering let me know.
