OK, and of course it is currently paid, no late payments, etc?

Did you changed anything recently? like the OS update, etc, etc?

When was the last time you used it and worked fine?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no billing is ok my wife's phone on same plan working. It did install some updates the other day to the apps. and it has been messing up for a couple of days. to start with it showed no service and i restarted it and it fixed it. Now I restart and it will start up and find service then loose it again

OK, you can try calling 1-800-VERIZON to check if your phone account is OK.

If it is, then it seems the phone is defective, unfortunately.

You can take it to any Verizon store in order to check the hardware and replace it if necessary.

I wish I could give you better news but that is all there is.

Please note I do NOT work for Verizon so please do NOT leave me a negative feedback if you are not satisfied with them. Thank you
