How long does it run before it overheats?

Doesn't have a thermostat

Ok, What I suspect is a head gasket starting to fail.

I suggest is getting a bottle of a gas test, parts store, pouring in the radiator and following the directions on the bottle

using the test strip in the kit, test for exhaust gasses in the coolant.
