I was trying to...

I was trying to put the front end loaded on my bx1880 & I’m not sure what happened, but it didn’t get attached right & came off, now one arm is extended & the other one isn’t and I can’t get the tractor between them to hook up the hydraulics. Is there a way to move it manually?

I was trying to attach the front end loader to my kubota bx1880 & I'm not sure what happened, but I didn't get it attached right & it came off. Now the hydronic arms are extended at different lengths & I can get the tractor between them to attach it

Hi Amy! I’ll be happy to assist with your front end loader issue.

Your going to need to get the frame back up on the support legs with a jack or another machine. In order to get the cylinders to move by hand, the only real way to free them up is by loosening the hydraulic lines on the cylinder on the side you would like to move. Once the lines are disconnected place a catch can under the open ports of the cylinder. Use a pry bar for leverage to move the linkage to the desired position. Reinstall and tighten the hydraulic lines. Install loader on tractor.

You could try to connect the hydraulic lines to the tractor while the frame is still off. Hold the lever in lift or lower and try to move the linkage with a bar. This may be less successful than taking the hoses off.
