If you have fuel to the pump ad no output, either the pump is not attached to the linkage, or the shutoff valve is not working.

Remove the fuel solenoid and feel the link, it should push in and spring back. If not, t is not connected to the governor.

OK, still no output to the high-pressure lines? Did you see the internal link that has to align when you put the pump in place?

Then it should have fuel out, loosen the high-pressure lines at the head end, and crank the engine till all the air is out, and fuel is squirting, not just dribbling. Then tighten the lines and the engine should start.

Never crank over about 15 seconds, before you stop and let the starter cool down.

Wait five minutes, and try again.

open, just loosen about a turn. Then crank with lines open.

Is fuel dribbling or squirting from #1. Squirting, close the line and watch the next ones.

Needs to be squirting, if just dribbling, either the pump has no output, or the fuel solenoid is not letting it open.

Remove it and see if the engine will start. The engine doesn't need it to start, just to kill.  Reach inside the housing, and see if the linkage springs out.

If you use any starting fluid use just a very small amount, you can damage the engine with it. The bent solenoid is junk. Feel in the housing for the linkage, the piece of linkage should push in and spring back, the spring back position is the run position.

You don't need it for now.

Has it be straight and free to move when you energize the solenoid, before reinstallation.

Should get battery voltage when the glow plug is selectred.

There is a glow plug for each cylinder, Screwe in close to the injectors,

Needs to be a constant 12 volts to the glow plug strip

Take a jumper wire and go from the battery positive to this glow plug connection, And keep it there for ten seconds, see if the tractor starts, then remove the jumper. Don't leave it on for over 15 seconds.

One connection will connect all three.

For the tractor to start, all the injector lines need to be tight!  And the glow plug heated up.
