Bucket not holding position is typically a cylinder leaking internally. One of the bucket cylinders has internal leakage and needs to be resealed.

Not sure if I made that very clear
Correct, they're tied together, so if one leaks, it affects both. To test, bottom out the two cylinders, and figure out which is the pressure line in that position, remove one line on the other end of the cylinder, and pressure up the circuit again in the same direction, if oil comes from the open hole, the cylinder has leakage if oil comes from the hose, it is the opposite cylinder.
