Hi I have a 1986 kubota L3350 which has a front end loader which is operating very sluggishly. I changed the fluid and spin on filter and it helped a little but returned to being sluggish. I was wondering if there's an internal hydraulic filter as well, that I should change

There is only the one spin-on hydraulic oil filter in the suction to the pump. No other screens. Are the loader functions just slow, or do they have no power? Volum is speed, pressure is power.

If all the functions are weak. your pressure is low and the pump may be bad.

It's slow and less powerUnder load trying to lift the system hums. No leaks. Both lifting and curling bucketdo I need to reply to text and here

You likely have low pressure and need a new hydraulic pump.
