I'm to the point...

I'm to the point on selling my new D130. I had spent money on extention of warranties brought my unit in twice and still I have the same issue and I'm done dealing with faulty service departments. With that said I have a 42 inch cutting deck and when I cut it leaves a 4 inch wide strip uncut favoring right side. Service department said the replace left side spindle and still have issue. This issue has been since I bought this

My tires are fill correctly, new deck belt, 5 sets of new blades everything from JD

Best with the deck off and upside down, but you need to measure the distance from the tip of the blades to the inner deck housing, at 90-degree increments. All should measure same. If not the spindle is not square to the deck. Do the blade tips almost neet the opposite blade in the center on the same plane?

The blades are about 1/8th from touching and the bottom of the deck is kept clean I'll have to remove the deck tomorrow since it's late heretheres no play in each spindle

OK, I suspect that one of the spindles is not square with the deck. They can be shimmed to get them straight. But measuring the deck to blade distance will verify it.
