New Holland 7710 or Deere 7710? Either way, with electric switch for pto, it has a solenoid valve at the pto valve, Is the voltage dropping at the solenoid , or if voltage stays at battery voltage to the solenoid, the solenoid needs to be checked. If not a solenoid problem, the pto clutch may be bad.
