Need to know how to do the adjustments on an automatic tie

Customer Question

Need to know how to do the adjustments on an automatic tie on an 851 round baler. When the belt is running the shaft that comes thru the clutch is not engaging.
JA: What is the complete model and serial number of your machine?
Customer: It is a New Holland 851 5x5 Round Baler. It is chain driven. I am going to go get the serial number now.
JA: Anything else you want the equipment mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: do you still need the serial number?

The first thing I would check is Parts picture ref 35 and 36 are they turning freely.

Next is ref 34 swinging back and forth?

The you could start adjusting.
