1950 Ford tractor started, then whined down to a stop even after I turned the ignition off. I tried to start it but it would not turn over. I replaced the starting motor, but it still will not turn over. It is 12volt.
JA: What is the complete model and serial number of your machine?
Customer: serial #273993 dont know where to find model. It is light blue and grey in color, and 4 speed.
JA: Anything else you want the equipment mechanic to know before I connect you?

Can you turn the engine using fan, or wrench on the engine? Do you have 12 volts to the starter solenoid? What is battery voltage now??

I can turn the fan, I have 12v to starter, the voltage is 12.65
